Brief Answer:
needs blood testing

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
It sounds like you may be anemic. Weakness may be caused by many things including anemia, thyroid disorders and electrolyte abnormalities but pale skin is often a sign of anemia.
I suggest that you start by making an appointment with a local doctor for an exam and blood tests.
You need to know what is causing your symptoms before you can find the propler treatment.
Make sure you are drinking plenty of water and eating enough healthy foods.
Good luck and see a doctor soon,
Dr. Robinson
