Brief Answer:
I will advise you to MRI cervical spine for better diagnosis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have studied your case. The symptoms of pain, tingling and numbness that is spreading down the limb suggest compression of cervical nerve root. Therefore MRI cervical spine is indicated for better diagnosis. You can also take neurotropic like pregabalin consulting your doctor.

Untill then, avoid lifting weights and sit with support to back. You can consult physiotherapist for help.
Physiotherapy like ultrasound and interferential therapy will give quick relief.
I will advise you vitamin B12 supplement.

Hope this answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.

Wishing you good health.

Take care.
