Brief Answer:
Doesn't seem to be cardiac pain

Detailed Answer:
Dear Mr XXXXXXX
Your history is suggestive of Anxiety disorder.
Chest pain related to cardiac issues is not continuous. It is intermittent, increases in exertion. Moreover your Cardiac Tests are normal.

So, i don't find any reason for you to worry.

I would advise you to quit smoking completely.

Get a lipid profile done, if you have not got it done.

I advise in such conditions following that you may discuss with your doctor:

1. To take SSRI group of drugs like Escitalopram
2. To take drugs for acidity like Pantoprazole
3. To take Etizolam twice daily.
4. To go for relaxation therapies.

If you have any further query please ask me.

Stay Healthy.

yeah i will try to quit smoking as soon as possible.

So as of now if i get chest pain in near future should i go to hospital every time or i can take it easy and move on .

Today also i had chest pain.but this is different from what i had previous chest pain.
