What Causes Burning Sensation Upon Intercourse And While Urinating?

Question: I almost have same problem. burning sensation on intercource and sometimes while urinating too. Even after mild masturbation, the foreskin and the tip is sore for a day.

Probably you are suffering from urinary tract infection. I treat such cases with urinary antiseptics like nitrofurantoin. This gives excellent response within two days.
Drink lot of water.

nitrofurantoin is an ointment or tablet/capsule?
what other tablets/capsules are there, in case I dont get this locally?

Nitrofurantoin comes in tablet form.
If this is not available you can try norfloxacin tablet.
However these are antibiotics and might require a prescription.
