Brief Answer: Pulse can be high due to pain Detailed Answer: Hello Mr. XXXXXXX Welcome to healthcaremagic.com. To be able to help you I would like to know in detail about your pain or burning in the leg. 1. Since when you are having this pain? 2. Are you on any medicines ? 3. Is there any history of trauma/fever? Burning pain like this in leg is most probably due to pinched nerve in spine. Still without knowing in detail I can not say with confidence what might be causing the pain, hence I request you to kindly respond with answers to the above questions. For immediate pain relief take a Brufen/Motrin tablet after meal. Your pulse is probably high due to pain and after Brufen it will settle. Awaiting your response. Warm regards.

Brief Answer: It can be nerve compression in the spine Detailed Answer: Hi, Thanks for writing back. Your symptoms can be either due to a nerve compression at spine or due to narrowing of blood vessels at leg. If it is not very severe then you can take Brufen as I told you before. Smoking is always bad for such pain and it is best to avoid it. If this pain occur again I would suggest you take Pregabalin and Methylcobal tablet at night time. If this pain continue even after taking these medicines then it will require investigations such as MRI and Doppler for blood vessels in leg. I hope this answers your queries. Let me know if you want to ask any thing else. Thanks and take care.
