Brief Answer:
retraction of tissue after child birth

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXX, thanks for trusting health care magic.

I have seen the pictures enclosed with your question. This bumpy look of vaginal mucosa is due to kind of buckling of sub mucosal area after child birth. It is common to have this complaint because body tries to revert back to normal state after birth from stretched state seen in pregnancy.
But to fasten the recovery you should avoid constipation and cough.

This bumpy feel of vagina will take about 6-9 months after you stop lactating your child.
But in case it still persists then visit your gynecologist for examination.

Take care and all the best for your recovery.

Brief Answer:
no chance of malignancy

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXX, I understand your concern but I'm quite sure its nothing of that sort.
I see cancer clinic once a week and see many patients with cancer of vulva and vagina but your pictures are not at all suggestive of any malignancy at all.
Its just related to child birth and believe me it happens in almost 10-15 percent of patients post pregnancy.
For your satisfaction you can visit your doctor as per appointment but I assure you there is nothing to worry.
I hope I have answered your question but in case you have any query I will be happy to help.
Take care.

Brief Answer:
pregnancy related changes.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you XXXXX for the additional photograph and I appreciate your effort but take my words it is a common finding after delivery and subsides eventually.
It can't be the same as it was before pregnancy as pregnancy related changes persists in the body of female for long.
Just relax and visit your doctor on scheduled time there is no need of emergency visit for this finding.
Take care and wish you early recovery.
