Question: Hello, I am in a puzzle, I am 61,, in relative to good health,, I have been extremely inactive sexually for almost 10 years now,, but,, for the last 2 plus months, have become involved with a spectacular woman, in every way,, but,, I am Having horrible bouts of erection loss, during intercourse, I have tried hard to ensure it is NOT her doing,, but,, I fear, she has begun to lose patience, Please,, is it diet??, mental??< medical??< I yern to keep myself viril

I understand your concerns.

You have had 10 years of inactive sexual life. Now you are facing problem in erection.

As you have mentioned that you are relatively healthy, I do not think there should be a medical illness causing this.

In my opinion, its more a psychological problem. Your age might be also a factor as the blood vessels shrink due to fat deposition with age.

I would advice you to try Tadalafil (cialis) 20mg one hour before intercourse, for erection. This is a safe drug and has minimal and temporary side effects of headache and runny nose.

As it is a prescription drug, please consult your doctor for valid prescription.

Thank you Doctor XXXXXXX It greatly relieves some monumentous concerns reading your opinion. I also feel it to be mental,, and cialis is the known drug/pill of choice for fellas my age, and disposition,. Yes, I do need to lose weight, and have been doing so for over a year now,, successfully, although NOT at my goal weight yet.
I have no idea, nor direction as to what Doctor here in Battle Creek that can assist me with a prescription, but will begin the search Monday morning. this dilemna will be resolved, and soon, thank you again sir.
