What Causes Bodyache, Weakness In Hands And Legs Along With Fever?

Here by inam attaching you my reports i have problem of bodyache and weakness in hands and legs as same we feel in fever ..
Gods grace i dont have fever my body temp is below 98.4 can you please suggest. Whats the cure
Body pain started aftet i was having cold cough i got treated for that
Please advise
Recently i visited my family doc he had given me medicine flexon for body pain and safexim 200 and also i am taking b12 injections on alternate days

Your reports are within normal limits and not conclusive.
In these types of cases clinical examination plays a vital role.
Widal is mild positive but does not indicate active infection, so get it repeated in about 3 days from now.
Cefixime 200 is right choice for now, with flexon SOS or if pain is more ,can be taken up to 3 times a day.
Take plenty of fluids.
Add multivitamins.

The difference with last report is increase in titre if S.typhi H.
If clinically you have some symptoms of typhoid like fever , uneasy abdomen, nausea or anorexia, then it has to be correlated clinically.
If you have no symptoms and clinically you are all right then there is nothing to worry about, because the increase titre can be because of previous infection.

I was suffering like feverish from inside body ache upset stomach i was prescribed azithyromycin 500 ( paracetamol sos )and and one more medicine for which i had attacheepicture after taking i am feeling very burbs for which i am taking rabeprazole 20 morning and night please advise

I advice you to make a chart of your body temperature 4 hourly without having paracetamol,and when it goes above 100F then only you should take paracetamol SOS.
Post it or show it to your doctor.
Add domperidone with rabeprazole, empty stomach in evening or morning.
With widal test (S.typhi H.and o) mildly positive and symptoms you have I would have preferred cefixime with oflaxacin combination instead of azithromycin.

I monitored temp it was below 98.4 can i add cefixime tablet additional with azithryomycin and ofloxin as i am getting running nose and sore throat
