Brief Answer:
you need CBC and eosinophil count.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, thanks for your question on HCM. In my opinion you are having allergy either due to clothes, food or anything. But since you are not having rash and itch is mild ,I don't think any serious allergy is there. But I advice you some basic investigations.
1. CBC (Complete Blood Count) and Absolute Eosinophil Count (AEC).
2. S. Ig E level.
Eosinophils and IgE are markers of allergy and so if raised than itching is mostly due to allergy. And allergy needs following steps.
1. Identify the causative allergen and avoidance of it. In your case I think it is either bad sheet or your night clothes. As you are having itching in night only. So allergen must be related to your night activities.
2. Try to change the bed sheet. If possible try cotton one.
3. Wash your night clothes thoroughly and if possible use cotton clothes preferably new ones.
4. Start tablet levocetrizine twice daily.
In my opinion you will be alright by doing these modifications.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
