Brief Answer:
Cataract surgeon or corneal specialist is the best expert.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to Health care Magic.

I am Dr. Dadapeer K, an ophthalmologist and I answer health problems related to eye.
I reviewed your history.

It seems from the history that you are having blurring of vision following Restore lens implantation in both the eye following cataract surgery.
This requires vision and refraction testing and if there is a refractive error the accepted mode of correction are
1. Use of spectacles or contact lenses.
2. Refractive laser surgery like LASIK or Photo refractive keratectomy
3. Lens exchange or piggy back Intraocular lens.

Explanting the lens or insertion of one more lens called as piggy back lens is usually the last option and it is usually done when the first two methods will not correct the problem.
Refractive laser surgery is usually the first choice if spectacles or contact lens are rejected by the patient.

In your case I require more details like
1. Please mention the vision status in both the eyes and refraction reading
2. Any other problem other than blurred vision

Please send the above mentioned details so that I can answer more accurately.
You need to discuss with cataract surgeon or a corneal specialist for solution of this problem.

Hope this is helpful to you.

Thank you
