Brief Answer:
Cholecystitis

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

From the description you have given me it looks like you had suffered from cholecystitis. The blood and mucous in stool could be a separate intestinal infection.
Here is what I recommend for you

1. Avoid food high in fat example cheese, roasted and fried food items
2. Eat smaller meals as it will be difficult for you to digest larger meals. I recommend that you take 6 small meals a day rich in carbohydrates
3. Drink plenty of water, upto 4 litres per day
4. Avoid caffeine and alcohol until you are better

The medications which will help you are

1. Tab Esomeprazole 40 mg once a day on empty, it is stronger and faster acting than other anti gastric medications
2. Tab mosapride to be taken twice daily, it improves your gastric motility
3. For blood and mucous in stool i recommend that you take a combination medicine like ciprofloxacin and tinidazole twice daily for 5 days, if the blood and mucous still persists then you need to meet a gastro enterologist for a colonoscopy

I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me

I wish you good health and a speedy recovery

Regards
