Brief Answer:
Need cystoscopy

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic! Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible.

First of all, it is sad to know what you had gone through. Based on the history you have shared, it needs to be evaluated on cystoscopy after a detailed evaluation by the urologist. Meanhwile get clotting profile done including Pt, aptt and bleeding time etc. Also get complete blood count for platelets and urinalysis repeated to see blood cells or casts in urine.

Meanwhile OTC analgesics like acetaminophen and anti spasmodic like drotaverine can be used for symptomatic relief for heaviness and pressure symptoms in lower abdomen. Also drink more water and fluids.

For blood pressure control repeated blood pressure review and charting, salt restriction and suitable antihypertensive like angio tension receptor blocker or calcium channel blockers e.g.amlodipine can be used.

Wishing you a speedy recovery. Hope this has answered your query, If you have any more questions, feel free to ask. Regards.
