What Does My Ultrasound Scan Report Indicate?

Question: I recently had an abdominal ultra sound and the results were all negative as far as the stomach, liver, pancreas etc. I am still experiencing mild abdominal pain radiating into my back. What are your suggestions?

Definitely food intake, am adjusting diet to liquid for the next few days. Pain is a 4 out of 10. Nausea, some relief with prilosec. No smoking or alcohol. No alteration in appetite, bowemlovements,vomiting or fever.

* Suggestions for better recovery .

- Drink more liquids in sessions including boiled water , coconut water , lemon
juice , home made juices , butter milk etc .
- Prefer soft , light diet at intervals .
- Avoid oily , spicy , non veg , hot beverages till possible .

- Regular walking , exercises , YOGA will help .
- Avoid prolong fasting or over eating .
- Avoid stress , anxiety .

- Continue Prilosec morning and evening before meals with sips of water on
empty stomach .
- Addition of syrup mylanta 5 ml 6 hourly ; drotaverine ( 40 ) mg for pain mor
and evening after meals will help a lot .

* Consult as follow up after 2 days for the progress .

I asked the pharmacist about the drotaverine. Could not locate.???
