Question: what is the reason to comes blood in potty??? for male and female both
is it may be sex problem ???

Blood in stool can be due to the following reasons.
1. Diverticular disease
2. Anal fissure.
3. Colitis.
4. Angiodysplasia. (due to abnormal vessels in bowel wall)
5. Polyps or cancer.

If you had anal sex or inserted foreign objects in to the anus during sex then also there can be blood in stools.

Please consult a surgeon for clinical examination and tests which may include colonoscopy.

Depending on if you are vegetarian or non vegetarian, please add lots of pulses, vegetables and salads. If non vegetarian, you must cook the meat well. Drink lots of water after meals. Also include fruits in your diet.

It is important to know if you also have diarrhea or constipation. Sometimes constipation can cause regular bleeding and this can be relieved by taking soft diet.
