What Causes Blood In Stool During Pregnancy?

Question: hi, I'm 27weeks pregnant and experience some painful times when I try to use the restroom. it been going on for 2 weeks or so, at first , it was a bit hard to pass stool and there was blood come out a long with it, for days, but there wasn't any blood these days, but it is more painful to go. I tried and passed some sometime, but most of the time it hurt so bad that I just pass some gas and stop. I started taking stool softener 1 a day since last night and use tucks. it doesn't hurt at all unless I start/try to pass stool..am I having anal fissue?, will it heal on it on and how long it takes to heal, what can I do to help with the pain?
