Brief Answer:
Don't worry. Proper treatment will give relief.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, your symptoms are seen in people with urinary infection, prostatitis, etc. You will need an examination by an Urologist, and certain tests, to know cause of the bleeding. Let us know, how long you've had this.
Get your urine routine and culture test, blood urea, creatinine, PSA, sugar, and an ultrasound scan of abdomen and a TRUS (trans rectal ultrasound scan).
With theese reports a cause may be found for the bleeding, and proper treatment can be started.
Drink 8-10 glasses liquids daily.
If you want an expert opinion on the reports, you may send the reports here to me.
Wishing you well.
