Brief Answer:
UTI needs prompt management

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Pain bilateral flanks, nausea , anorexia with focus of infection in urine of 18 pus cells is a typical manifestation of urinary tract infection. Ciprofloxacin alone usually does not help. Get a urine culture and sensitivity and let your doctor consider you for other combinations for urinary tract infection. I usually prefer a cephalosporin with nitrofurantoin combination. Apart from it, maintain good hygiene, abstain from coitus or intimacy of any kind for a while, drink adequate fluids, prefer garlic water . Once UTI is managed your symptoms will improve.

Apart from UTI, migraines needs supportive care and bipolar disorder needs compliance with medications and frequent psychotherapy sessions.

I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
