Brief Answer:
It can still be possible to reobtain a natural look. Surgery needs repeat

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX

I have gone through your query, have seen the attached images and understand your concerns. Unfortunately there is not much that would happen on its own. However, cosmetic surgery may be repeated in order to achieve the desired results. To know whether this is feasible, you need to visit a cosmetic surgeon and discuss the specifics of the case. He would be able to plan where to procure the tissue from, how to reorient the disposition and so on, and thereafter give you inputs about how a subsequent surgery can be done.

All I can say is that it may still be possible to get a natural look after redoing a cosmetic surgery. Much will depend upon the skill of the doctor you approach. Following the surgery, the looks can be natural although it might not be exactly the same as earlier.

Brief Answer:
Cosmetic surgery is a subspecialty of plastic surgery

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX

I understand your quest and helplessness. Cosmetic surgeons are plastic surgeons who work on the cosmetic outcome of the surgery.

As such plastic surgeons deal with reconstruction which may not necessarily be of cosmetic nature.

You can indeed reach out to cosmetic surgeons or plastic surgeons on Health care magic but they might be sitting in some distant country.

Rather you need to look in places where you can go and get operated. Believe me You do not need opinion, you need intervention and physical evaluation.

I hope I have been able to explain.

Regards
