Brief Answer:
Your problem needs evaluation by gynaecologist.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing to us.
There are so many causes of your problem but at your age endometrial cancer is very important to rule out first.
Common causes are- fibroid, adenomyosis, thyroid disorder, DUB, polyp,PCOD, endometrial and cervical cancer, pelvic infection and hormonal imbalance.
Advise from my side-
- take iron, vitamin E and C tablet.
- take haemostatic drugs( Trapic - MF )
- take NSAID
- investigation required in your case-
1) Blood profile- to rule out anaemia
2) Thyroid profile to rule out thyroid disorder
3) Pelvic ultrasound to see for fibroid, polyp
4) Endometrial biopsy to rule out endometrial cancer
5) Pap smear To rule out cervical cancer and cervicitis
6) D&C - diagnostic and therapeutic both
First cause should be ruled out then treatment depend upon the cause.
- oral contraceptive
- IUCD ( minera)
-endometrial ablation
- hysterectomy
Hope I have answered your query if you have further questions I will be happy to help you.
Good luck.
Regards
Dr. Richa
