Brief Answer:
Check the thyroid and blood pressure.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!
The symptoms you reported may be due to an under active thyroid. Constipation, low energy, feeling sleepy, ect. suggest of hypothyroidism.
To confirm it you must check ; TSH, Ft4 and Ft3.
Cramping may be do to low calcium level, at your age you should take calcium and vit D supplements to prevent osteoporosis.
About the headache, at first check the blood pressure, if it is over 130/90 mm/hg than it may be the cause of headache.
So i would recommend to monitor the blood pressure twice daily, do the above mentioned thyroid hormones and take some calcium supplements (1000 mg/ day).
Hope the information will be helpful.
Kind regards,
Dr.Mirjeta
