What Causes Abdominal Bloating, Gas And Headache?
Question: My son is having bloating, gas and headaches, he is 21. Last year he had almost same symptoms we found he has gastritis caused by h pylori. Which was treated and cured. This time all his reports are normal and endoscopy is clear also no h pylori. We are confused what to do, doctors have said no medicines.

1) Gastritis may not be the only reason for his headache.
2) Gastritis with headache are one of the common symptoms among young adults like your son due to stress.
3) Stress due to academic pressure , examinations, family issues, work pressure or irregular sleep timings at late night. in college etc... are major contributors of stress related headache and gastritis.
4) If none of the the above reasons are responsible for the headache and gastritis, then it is possible that neurological evaluation may be needed in terms of MRI scan of brain to see the continuous headache. You might need a neurologist consultation for the assessment of the same.
