Brief Answer:
Inflamed lymph node...

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for posting the query

The gland could be an enlarged lymph node secondary to the inflammation in the surrounding region (lips, gums, floor of the mouth and tip of the tongue). Do not worry! As there are no significant symptoms, the node will disappear once the inflammation subsides.

Regarding the sinus congestion, you need to do steam inhalation 2-3 times a day for 3-5 minutes, drink plenty of warm water and try using saline nasal spray. If the symptoms persist consult your doctor for a thorough evaluation.

Both the sinus inflammation and the enlarged gland are not related.

Hope this answers your query. Revert back to me if you have any follow-up queries.
