Suggest Treatment For Severe Sinusitis

Hello Doc, i have severe synosytis. my nasal bridge is curbed and i sneeze every morning after i wakeup. and any strong smell or little dust makes me sneeze for several times continuously. it is about 10 years i had a nasal surgery to fix the nasal septum growth that caused sinus blockage (as my surgeon said) and i passed about 4 years without any serious complain about headache or abnormal sneezing but from last 2 years the same symptom develops and i fell ill due to acute cough and headache periodically (in every 3/4 months i had to take antibiotic for sinus inflammation and cough (i am a regular smoker). Now doctor, please tell me if there is any permanent solution to get rid of this serious problem. It seems surgery is not a solution as i went through it but still the same problem persists! looking forward to get advice from you.. thank you. zahedeen

Hello,

In severe cases you can opt for surgical correction like FESS(functional endoscopic sinus surgery).

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain
