Which part of the penis is the lump present? right side just below the head
Size, shape, consistency? half the size of a tick tack the same shape
Does it move under the skin freely? no it's stable
Any relation to sex/erection? only prominent during a erection but pain is constant
Did it happen while doing sex/masturbation? masturbation

The history you have provided is suggestive of a hematoma formation due to rupture of a vein or tear of sinusoid (which holds blood).
This needs to be confirmed by the following:
High resolution ultrasound with color doppler examination and/or MRI
Clinical evaluation, examination by an Urologist and correlating with the investigations can help to get a proper diagnosis and management.
No sexual activities till get alright, you may please ask for medication to avoid erection.

The treatment will be n the form of giving rest to the part and this is possible by avoid any instigating thoughts about sex to avoid erection.
The medications are prescription based and hence can be given by your Doctor.
You may please consult your regular Doctor and ask for Amitriptylin that helps in avoid the morning erections needs a prescription.
Fo pain you may take something like Ibuprofen if it suits you.
