Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry, detailed answer as follows

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.

Such injury may not be of severe nature.

However, an imaging(CT-scan or MRI of the brain) or clinical evaluation is required if you lost consciousness, recurrent vomiting, seizures, bleeding via nose or ear.

The concussion can be seen in CT or MRI but is usually not required in cases with trivial trauma and no danger signs as mentioned above.

Please visit an ER for a prompt evaluation of the external injury.

Hope you found the answer helpful.
