Brief Answer:
How much wbc?

Detailed Answer:
Good Day and thank you for being with Healthcare Magic!

Wbcs or pus in the urine doesn't really equate to infection or UTI. What's important is that your urine culture came out negative.

How much wbc was found in your urine? do you have trouble urinating?

Wbc in the urine in the absence of infection is what we term sterile pyuria. There are numerous conditions that can cause this like prostate problems, kidney disorders, or any form of inflammation.
