Brief Answer:
UTI

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your question on HCM

I do understand your concern

“As” per your report is concerned your culture report is sterile pyuria which means it is the presence of elevated numbers of white cells in urine which appears sterile using standard culture technique and it is normal. If patient is under antibiotics then it is good control so nothing to be worried at all. Drink plenty of fluids like more than 10 glass of water every day to prevent reinfection again.

Hope that clears your doubt

Thanks
