Brief Answer:
Most probably a pinched nerve, possibly in the spine, pls visit a doctor

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. The electric current you are experiencing is almost always associated with a pinched nerve, no matter where it occurs in the body. This along with the fact that the shock is on both sides, also confirms the possibility of this being associated with a pinched nerve. I would recommend a visit to your doctor and a check on your spine (possibly requiring an MRI of your spine as well, but to be decided by your doctor after a physical examination).

I hope I have explained things in a manner best understood by you. Please do not hesitate to write to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.
