Here are some of the symptoms of renal cell carcinoma ( tumour of kidney)

1. Hematuria ( blood in urine)
2. Dull aching flank pain with palpalble mass in the flank region
3. Loss of weight
4. Hypertension
5. Easy fatigueablility and tiredness
6. Sometimes patients present with recurrent urinary tract infections
