Brief Answer:
ultrasound and bHCG testing

Detailed Answer:
Hello mam thanks for trusting health care magic.
In my opinion you should get a transvaginal ultrasound as soon as possible because in my opinion
- either it is an intra uterine pregnancy which is heading towards abortion
- or worse a tubal ectopic pregnancy.
In both the cases ultrasound will provide an evidence and then it can be managed accordingly.
In case ultrasound is normal with no signs of pregnancy get a bHCG testing done which will tell you very early pregnancy if present.
Please don't take it lightly and get back to me as soon as you get your reports.
You can also contact me directly on health care magic.
Take care.

I SHOWED THE SAME REPORT TO MY FAMILY DOC BUT SHE WAS OF THE OPINION THAT THERE IS NO CHANCE OF PREGNANCY HERE.ONLY CHANCE IS TO KEEP CONTACT WITH MY HUBBY AT THIS POINT OF TIME TO GET PREGNANT.

I MADE MY LAST CONTACT ON 30TH APRIL 2014 AND WE ARE NOW APART DUE TO OUR PROFESSION.
SEEING THE ABOVE REPORT KINDLY TELL WHETHER I AM PREGNANT OR NOT AT THIS POINT OF TIME AND ARE YOU STILL FEEL THAT I SHOULD GO FOR TRANSVAGINAL ULTRA SOUND.

WHY AM I SO PARTICULAR IS THAT I STILL FEEL I AM PREGNANT,AND DUE TO SAME I AM NOT USING MY TWO WHEELER AND NOT DOING USUAL EXERCISES OF WEIGHT REDUCTION.I ALSO WANTED TO RECTIFY THE PROBLEM IF I AM NOT PREGNANT BEFORE I MEET MY HUSBAND WHOM I MEET ONLY ONCE IN A WHILE.

KINDLY ADVICE ME DOC

Brief Answer:
bHCG TESTING MANDATORY, anovulatory cycle

Detailed Answer:
Hello mam, after reading your full ultrasound report its clear that it is not an intrauterine pregnancy but light spotting and brownish discharge along with morning sickness is very suggestive of pregnancy which can be a tubal ectopic so urgently get your bHCG testing done to rule that out.
If report is positive visit your gynecologist immediately but if negative then wait for your normal periods to come.
As far as meeting your husband for conceiving is not recommended in your situation because most of these prolonged cycles are anovulatory so not worth the effort.
I hope I have answered your questions but in case you have any other query you can contact me directly on health care magic and I will be happy to help.
