Brief Answer:
Following symptoms of dehydration and causes of frequent peeing...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

1. Symptoms of dehydration are as following:
- being thirsty
- urine color too dark
- dry mouth
- headache
- light-headed/feeling dizzy
- less frequent urine and passing in small amount

2. Frequent peeing is due to increase fluids intake. If I was your caring doctor would check your blood sugar levels to exclude diabetes and run urine analysis to rule out urinary tract infection (UTI).
