What Are The Signs And Symptoms Of Ovarian Cancer?

Question: Hi doctor,
I am 34 yrs old and had a baby feb 2016. I have not had a period since the before getting pregmant and have had a long history if anovulation and amenorrhea due to pcos. My doctor did a pelvic ukasound and said i have 20 follicles on each ovary and my lh is 36. To try to bring my lh down he has put me on birth control to try to control the pcos. For the past 5 days after every meal, I feel very full and uncomfortable and this lasts for many hours. A lot of pressure in my lower abdomen and up to my stomach as well as burping and a feeling of indigestion.I looked online and am panicking bc I see these are signs of ovarian cancer. My nurse called me to tell me about the follicles but made no mention regarding the look of my ovaries or anything else. I looked online and they say that ovarian cancer is hard to detect. Is it likely that i have it but its not detectable via ultrasound. I read that CT scans are a good way to detect them but that is a lot of dangerous radiation exposure. I have felt this way before but it would go and come but it is becoming more frequent in the past few days (coincidently around the time I also started birth control)

Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mam, thanks for trusting HealthcareMagic,
I understand your anxiety about the issue but there is no such risk after reading your history
It is all just because of birth control and since you have had such a feeling before also it is even confirmed as previously when you used to have this feeling it must have been your mid cycle
Bith these are normal and thus can be taken lightly
Take care
