Brief Answer:
possible breast abscess..

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query to HCM,
I understand that you prime concern at present if the lump in breast which is hard and have become red and inflamed and possibly painful and now scabbing. These are signs of an abscess formation locally.
You must visitor physician and get a local examination done to rule out abscess and if ruled out then you should opt for a mammogram and a fine needle aspiration cytology of the lesion following a biopsy of the lump to rule out any malignancy.
I hope this would guide you ahead,
Regards
