Brief Answer:
possibly related to medication but should be discussed with your doctor

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Ropinirole can be associated with effects of different organ systems.

Within the nervous system, it can cause: (1) paresthesia - abnormal sensations, this includes burning

(2)rebound and worsening of restless leg synd

(3)dizziness, sleepiness, headache

Within the musculoskeletal system
(1)it can cause muscle and joint pain
(2)back pain

Other possible effects are increased sweating, decreased weight, nausea, vomiting, cough, nasal congestion.

It is possible that the pain and fever may be related to your medication. It would be best to discuss this with your doctor

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
