Brief Answer:
You might be having asthma.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, thanks for your question on HCM.
Aerocort is having levosalbutamol and beclomethasone.
Levosalbutamol is short acting beta 2agonist ( SABA) and beclomethasone is inhaled corticosteroid.
Both are inhaled bronchodilators and used in bronchospasm.
Since you are having episodic attacks , more in night and worsening with weather change, possibility of asthma is high.
So better to consult pulmonologist and get done PFT ( pulmonary function test ).
PFT is needed not only for diagnosis but it will also tell you about severity of the disease. And treatment of asthma is based on severity only.
Hope I have solved your query.
I will be happy to help you further.
Wish you good health.
Thanks.
