Brief Answer:
Clarifications please

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for your query.
I'm Dr. Shuba Hariprasad and will be answering your query today.

Would you clarify a few things for me, please?
* how old are you?
* what are your height and weight?
* do you have any history of heart disease or gastritis/ulcers or bleeding disorder?
* do you have any history of kidney disease?
* what are the medications that you currently take(please specify the names)?
* did you take it after a meal?
* how long back did you take the medications?

One dose in a healthy individual without the above-mentioned diseases should not pose any problem except for some gastritis or heart burn.

I suggest that you drink plenty of water (if not medically contraindicated). Monitor yourself for signs of gastritis/ulcers (heart burn, upper epigastric pain, vomiting with or without blood, blood in stools - blackish).

If any of these occur, you should see your doctor immediately.

Else, don't worry. If you have any antacids like Omeprazole/Pantoprazole (taken for gastritis), I suggest you take it once a day (40mg) for 2 says.
Milk will neutralize the effects of the medication if taken within 2 hrs of taking medication.

Hope this helps. Please get back to me with the above-requested clarifications. I'd be happy to help if you have any further questions.

Wish you good health
Regards,
Dr. Shuba Hariprasad
