Question: What are the most effective drugs in preventing epileptic seizures? Is medical marijuana effective in preventing seizures or helping with sleep if you have epilepsy?

About medical marijuana use, there are small studies that show benefits in controlling seizures, but there are no large controlled studies to support scientifically and definitely this fact.
