Question: hi doctor!i am two and half months pregnant.what is the safe procedure to go for abortion

Hi XXXX, I have gone through your question. Pregnancy of two and half months (approximately 10 weeks) can be terminated by medical or surgical method. Both are safe method and have to be undertaken under's doctor's supervision.
I would suggest you to get an ultrasound done and confirm the gestation age of the fetus. If the gestation age of fetus is more than 10 weeks, then you have to go for the surgical method of abortion as the medical method is not safe at this gestation.
Otherwise, you can go for medical method of abortion under the supervision of OBGYN specialist because there may be a need of surgical method if medical method fails.

Hi XXXX, thanks for responding. Repeated surgical abortions have complications of genital tract infection and adhesions in the uterine lining, and these lead to problems in conceiving in future. Genital tract infection can lead to fallopian tube blockage. Adhesions in the uterine cavity lead to Asherman syndrome that lead to decreased or absent flow in periods, thus causing problems in conception.
Repeated medical abortions do not cause any such problems and are much safer.
