What Are The Chances Of Pregnancy Without Any Ejaculation?

default
Posted on Sat, 28 Jun 2014
Question: Hi i had fooled around with my gf on 1st XXXXXXX i did not penetrate her, i didn't even ejaculate or got an orgasm, but i touched the outside of her vagina with my penis for maybe 2 secs. Even though i think i did not pre ejaculate (pre cum) still I'm worried. My gf had her periods on 21st of may. I read articles that even pre cum contains sperms, but i had urinated twice before this activity. Should my gf take a Plan B(ipill/unwanted 72) pill? Please suggest

Brief Answer:
Plan B not needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
Pre-ejaculatory (or pre-cum) fluid does have sperm in it but in a very, very minimal amount.

Technically speaking pre-ejaculate does not actually contain sperm in it, but can pick up leftover sperm from the man's urethra from previous ejaculations. The chances are extremely low that your girl friend will get pregnant from pre-ejaculate. Furthermore the fact that there was no penetration further reduces the risk to negligible. But, this does not mean there is no chance a woman can get pregnant from pre-ejaculate so never practice unprotected intercourse in future. Using a condom can also protect you from sexually transmitted infections.

So better be safe than sorry.

As of now pregnancy doesn't seem likely and there is no need of plan B.
