What Are Repercussions Of Switching From Avinza To Xartemis?

Question: If I switch from Avinza 90 ER to Xartemis 7.5 ER (X two twice a day) do you think I will experience withdrawals if I swich.

These medications would in the same way and I will not expect withdrawal effects if one is replaced with the other. However, tappering off Avinza would be the best approach so as to avoid any possible unforeseen withdrawal symptoms. I believe prevention is always better even when we think it would be unlikely to have any side effects.
