Taking Adderall Xr 30. What Should I Take To Get Rid Of Its Side Effects?
Question: Adderall xr 30 works well on my focus. Its better than anything I have taken. What can I take to
get rid of the side effects, hard to urinate,penis shrinkage, unable to preform sex, This the only
med that has worked. Most the meds have made me drowsey.

Sexual dysfunction is one of the troublesome side effects of Adderral.
Whenever, a particular medication causes troublesome side effects, the options are reducing the dose or switching over. Since you say that other medication have not worked well for you, a dose reduction can be tried in consultation with your doctor.
You can also try specific medication for your sexual dysfunction like Tadalafil, which improves the blood flow to the penis and thereby improves erection. There are also other medication which can increase your sexual drive (pro-dopaminergic medication), but these types of medication are better avoided due to risk of interaction with Adderall.
Another option which some people find useful is taking the medication far in advance to your intended time of sexual activity. This can minimize the impact of the side effects during the time of sexual activity.
Sometimes, there may be medical problems which may be compounding or worsening your sexual problem. For example, high sugars, thyroid disorders, anaemia, vitamin deficiencies, etc. So, it would be advisable to have a complete medical evaluation to rule out this possibility.
Intake of other medication like anti-depressants, or substances like alcohol, smoking, etc. can also have an added adverse impact on sexual performance. So, it is important to cut down these added risks also.

Are there any natural vitamins or supplements I should be taking with Adderall xr 30? In my earlier question I mentioned the side effects I was having on Adderall xr 30.
Penis shrinkage, unable to have sex because my penis wont get hard,lack of sex drive and I have hard time urinating with a burning sensation. Adderall xr 30 works well on my focus and ADHD and depression. My Dr. had tried me on several different meds Stattera,nuvgil,cymbulta to name few. They didnt work. I had no energy plus I could not focus or keep any concentration while on them for a short period of time. I no Adderall XR 30 is causing these side effects no previous history of any problems. The only other med i take on a daily basis is Nexium. I exercised daily pretty much all my life. I do triathlons. What do you think the best vitamin or nutrition supplements I should be taking while taking Adderall XR 30 for overall health? Giving you my my side effects is there anything natural or is tadalafil the only way to go? Do you recommend any vitamins or supplements for health? If so, what kind?

Vitamin E is a good anti-oxidant that helps improve blood circulation. In addition, Vitamin C and zinc supplements can also be helpful in testosterone production, which in turn can improve sexual drive. So, I would suggest that try these viamins / supplements for your sexual problem. You can try drinking cranberry juice for the burning sensation while urinating. Also, try to follow a healthy diet with plenty of fruits and veggies and avoid fatty foods. Tadalafil has been used by a majority of persons with erectile dysfunction with marked benefits and is relatively safe. It's duration of action is 2 to 3 days and so can be taken once or twice a week.
