Brief Answer:
You need to get hospitalized

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.

I read your query and understand your concerns.

As per the provided details there is clear evidence of benzodiazepine dependence to the dose level which can be lethal to a healthy person if taken on the same day.

Having said this you need to be under care of medical experts while withdrawing this high dose as there is high chance of developing seizures which can be lethal.

I do not think you should do it as your own considering the risk profile.
It will be essential to get admitted in hosital.

In the hospital you will be shifted to another medication of equal strength and than there will be reduction of 15-20% dose every day/alternate day.

I hope this helps you.
Thanks and regards.

Brief Answer:
Any hospital which offers deaddiction services

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Thanks for reverting back to me.

You can get admitted to any hospital with deaddiction services and availability of psychiatrist.

I am not supposed to name a hospital (website policy) but almost all government hospitals with specialist services have deaddition services these days among which medical college attached hospitals should be preferred.

Hope I am able to answer your concerns.
If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.
If not, you may close the discussion and if possible you may rate the answer for my future patients.
