It has been there for a good while. I have no blood in my stool and no bleeding. No Pain.It is not a skin tag. It is to large.

Hello again,

Even though haemorrhoids, anal fissure, polyps, rectal prolapse are possible, the previous history of malignancies and the age warrant that colo-rectal malignancy should be ruled out. I'd recommend a digital rectal exam followed by proctoscopy in consultation with a gastroenterologist should be done.
Biopsy can be done to obtain a tissue based diagnosis.
