Brief Answer:
Should take low calorie food and exercise

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.

Your weight is 110 kg. I don't know your height but is definitely above normal range for weight.

I would suggest that you first get tested for conditions that may cause weight gain. The conditions include thyroid disorders, edema due to liver, kidney and heart disorders, hormonal imbalances, diabetes etc. Some medicines are also known to cause weight gain. These tests can be easily ruled out with basic blood tests.

You should also avoid high calorie foods that include milk products like cheese, butter, ghee, sweets, paneer, malai etc. You also need to exercise for atleast 20 min. Exercise can include walk, gym, cycling, swimming, yoga, etc.

You can also consult the dietitian at healthcaremagic for a detailed diet plan.

Hope it helps.
