Brief Answer:
Diet and exercise

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Please confirm the units taken of insulin

With regarding to the diet, it is suggested that she eats plenty of vegetables and avoid sugar items and also fruits like XXXXXXX jackfruit, papaya etc which is sweetish

Cabbage, cucumber, cauliflower, avocado, green leafy vegetables can be taken

she also has to regular walking for atleast 45 minutes a day. while going to walking she should keep some sugar tablets/glucose powder handy as she is on insulin, it may induce hypoglycemia(reduce sugar values) during walking

Wish her good health
