According to your height and weight it seems you have over weight.


Suggestion to reduce belly fat:

You need to do physical exercises at least 30-45 minutes for 5 day in a week.

You can do physical exercises like yoga, aerobics or swimming or abdominal exercises.

Along with exercises you need to maintain diet.
Eat small amount of meals multiple times in day like 4-5 times in day.
Avoid oily, fatty and outside junk food.
Eat oats, cornflakes or vegetables mostly leafy vegetables, fruits and protein contains food like egg and fish.

You can eat your normal diet but all you need to do eat in small amounts and avoid heavy, oily food.


Do not lie down and sit immediately after having food, it increases your abdominal fat and do walk for 10 minutes after food.
Do not eat food 2 hours before going bed and do not eat late night.

Get enough sleep at least for 7-8 hours daily.


Though you are doing house hold work you need to do 30 minutes physical exercises regularly.

Start exercises slowly and increase duration gradually.

Drink plenty of water.
