hello ,im 24 years old male .my problem is when i do an abdominal exercises(especially lower abs) my semen comes out as if i had sex . i used to play in basketball team but i stopped cuz of this it`s quite embarrassing .every time i do them ,the problem happens .even before puberty i remember i had an erection during exercises but after since the semen started to come out . im physically fit .i have no other problem even in the lower area
