Brief Answer:
do UPT

Detailed Answer:
Hi there,
Welcome to HCM,

Have you done a urine pregnancy test?
If not please do one immediately.

It could be possible that the ovulation could have happened in april so its important to rule out pregnancy with a simple urine test.

If the urine test is negative you can take primolut till 27 may and stop after which you will get your period.

Hope this helps,.
Regards.

Can you please tell me what are the chances of pregnancy in this age ? And tomorrow if i do upt, then primolut has to be taken for how many days and hiw many times.

Do you feel i can be pregnant ?

Answered by Dr. Zenab Tambawala (1 hour later)
Brief Answer:
Unlikely

Detailed Answer:
it's very unlikely that you are pregnant.
But better to confirm and then continue the primulot.
very unlikely that you are pregnant because of age and prior thyroid issue. but it would be safe to confirm before continuing primolut.

Don't worry about it just do the pregnancy test so your mind is at ease.

Hope this helps

doctor
Answered by Dr. Zenab Tambawala (26 minutes later)
Brief Answer:
very very unlikely to be pregnant, waiting is only option

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Please do not worry so much.
Your chances of pregnancy are very less:
1. Ejaculation occurred outside.
2. You have hypothyroidism which can affect ovulation, most likely you have not ovulated which is why your period was delayed for so long in the first place.
3. Delayed periods are very rarely ovulatary.

You can repeat a urine pregnancy test on 4th morning if you still don't get your period by then.

Also, if that rare chance that you are pregnant, medical termination is possible upto 7 weeks comfortably and in the unfortunate chance that you are pregnant by the intercourse on 13 may, you would only be 4-5 weeks, very early, which is why your UPT on 27th may was also negative.

So please do not overthink.
lets wait.
