Brief Answer:
you have multiple problems

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

You seem to have multiple problems.

Firstly, the yellowish patch on the back of your tongue could be due to lack of oral hygiene. Can you post a picture of the same? We need to rule out leuokoplakia as well. A picture of the same would help me to identify the cause better.

You have a feature to upload the image by yourself on the right side of this query page. Please utilize it.

Secondly, you have headaches, and pain in the back of your eyes. This could be due to simple viral fever or flu. For this, you can take medicines like paracetamol and anti-histamines like Chlorpheramine or Avil.

The bubbly stomach is nothing, it should be gone soon. Take high fiber diet, and drink plenty of fluids orally.

Your HIV test is negative.
