Suggest Treatment For Vesicovaginal Fistula

Question: I think i have a vesicovaginal fistula. What should I do ?
I started a month ago with a urinary track infection, I stil have bubbles in urine. The pain and the bubbles that don't go away made me think of a fistula. The urine has no much color , just bubbles, sometimes more or less bubbles. I had two DNC in the past. The last one 10 years ago.

Since it started since 1month with an infection I would suggest to get a urine routine done.

Do you have urinary incontinence or urine coming through vagina? Or blood in urine during periods?

Only by local examination the vesicovaginal fistula can be confirmed.. If there is no leaking of urine through vagina then, less chance of vesicovaginal fistula. Urinary infection can present with this picture.
